Aesthetic Clinic Video Production

Aesthetic Clinic Video Production

We make video for DHA-licensed aesthetic clinics in Dubai, brand film and social alike, and we plan the compliance into the shoot rather than meeting it in a review two days before launch. That means the medical director approves before publication, the caption is written from the licence record, the risk statement is designed to be read on a phone, and nothing is filmed in an occupied procedure room. The result is work a clinic can publish on the day it is delivered.

What a clinic actually needs on film

What a clinic actually needs on film

Four things carry most of the value. The founder-clinician film, which is the most defensible asset a clinic can own because everything in it is a verifiable credential. Procedure explainers, which answer the four questions patients actually ask. Patient testimonials, where written consent is on file and scoped. And the vertical social layer, cut from the same days rather than shot separately.

The standard is the brief

The standard is the brief

The DHA standard for medical advertisement content on social media names what a clinician may state, bans a specific list of absolute expressions, requires the medical director to approve content before it is published, and prohibits filming while a patient is in a procedure room. A second standard, the code of ethics and professional conduct in force since September 2025, adds that clinicians must not give individualised clinical advice through social channels. We read both before writing a treatment.

Titles, claims and the lower third

Titles, claims and the lower third

A caption is a regulated element. The standard requires a professional to state their name, title, qualification and speciality as per their DHA licence, and it bans specialty titles that differ from it. We write the lower third from the licence record rather than from the clinic website, and we check the licence on the public register before the shoot day.

Social sits under the same rulebook

Social sits under the same rulebook

Social is where a clinic is judged and where the rules are strictest. The standard treats any information about a health service, professional or treatment published through social media as a medical advertisement, so a fifteen-second vertical cut and a three-minute brand film are governed by the same document. What we shoot for it: the clinician answering one real question, the mechanism explained without a patient in the room, the team and the space on an ordinary day, and consented patient material where it exists rather than something pretending to be it where it does not.

The claim limits, in the script

The claim limits, in the script

The standard names the expressions it bans, including several a beauty script would reach for without thinking. Outcome claims have to be substantiated and carry their risks. The compliant substitution is almost always a specific: the year of the fellowship, the institution, the published paper, rather than the adjective.

Approval built into the schedule

Approval built into the schedule

The medical director approves before publication, and the approved version is archived with its edits because the health regulation sector audits against the appendices. We deliver in a form that can be signed off and stored rather than one that has to be re-cut to be approvable.

The register

The register

Closer to a Loro Piana lookbook than a clinic brochure. Restrained interiors, founder portraiture with dignity, natural light, no glow-up language and no before-and-after-led editing. A clinic competing on trust is not helped by content that looks like everyone else on the same street.

What one day produces

What one day produces

An explainer series comes off a single properly planned day rather than one day per film, because the presenter, the room and the lighting are already set. A typical day yields the founder film, a set of explainers, the vertical cuts and the stills, all approved through the same medical sign-off, plus a moderator brief so that clinical questions in the comments get an invitation to consult rather than an answer.

The work behind it

The work behind it

Work for Hugo Boss, Loro Piana, IHG and Address sits behind this page. Luis Grolez, the founder, pitches personally. We take on a handful of clinic clients at a time, so the work does not blur.
