Curated Branded Image Library

Curated Branded Image Library

Every picture on this page was generated rather than photographed, and that is said once, here, because it is the only honest way to sell it. What is being sold is a finished library rather than a picture generator: a shot list written from your site, four frames made for every one that survives, every survivor graded to your palette, and the whole thing catalogued so a page can be filled in a minute rather than a week. Three of these exist already. A clinic brand, a corporate services group and our own Journal, and no two look remotely alike, because the look is taken from the brand rather than from the tool.

The problem a large website has

The problem a large website has

A site with two hundred pages needs somewhere near two hundred pictures, and there is no sensible way to shoot them. A photography day covers perhaps thirty usable frames, so the arithmetic alone rules it out, and the fallback is a stock subscription, which means the same faces your competitor has already used and a picture that was taken in a country your reader can tell is not this one. The pages that matter end up illustrated by whatever was closest. Every other page ends up illustrated by nothing at all.

The curating is the actual work

The curating is the actual work

Generating a thousand pictures is the cheap part, and it is not where the job sits. The work is the shot list, written against your actual site structure so there is a frame for every page rather than four hundred variations of a handshake, and then the throwing away. Around four frames are made for every one that is kept, and the rejects are deleted rather than padded into the count. What you receive has already been looked at, named, filed by subject and written into a catalogue, which is why it can be used instead of merely stored.

Locked to your colours, not to a house style

Locked to your colours, not to a house style

Your palette goes in at the start and holds across every frame, so a picture pulled from the library in a year still sits beside the one pulled today. That lock is what separates this from a subscription: stock is graded to suit every buyer at once, so it suits no brand in particular. The three libraries below run warm gold, cool navy and teal with amber, and they were built by the same method in the same month. Nothing about the method shows through. That is the point of it.

A library your team can actually search

A library your team can actually search

The files are yours on delivery, but files in a shared drive go unused, so the library also arrives as a private gallery on the web. Someone in marketing types receptionist, or night shift, or Riyadh, and gets what exists, at full resolution, without asking anyone. That gallery is where the top-up pictures land each month if you take them, and it is the reason a library keeps being used a year after it was paid for.

What you own at the end

What you own at the end

The files are yours on any channel you like, for as long as you like, with no renewal and no per-use fee, and whatever rights we hold in them are assigned to you in writing. What nobody in this market can honestly hand you is a copyright certificate. Whether a generated picture is a protected work at all, and who its author would be, is unresolved under Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 and unresolved almost everywhere else, so the tool terms and the delivery paperwork are the operative documents rather than a claim of ownership. We record which tools produced which material and hand that over with the files, so your legal team is reading a document rather than taking a promise. The single use the files are not sold for is resale as stock, because a library sold on is a competitor rather than a client.

The line this does not cross

Nothing generated should change what a viewer believes about a real thing they can buy. A generated person can illustrate an article about your industry. A generated person cannot be captioned as your head of operations, and a generated room cannot be shown as a suite in your building. The same test governs the AI video work, and it settles almost every argument before anyone has to open a regulation. Where a picture has to be of your real people, in your real building, that is a photography day, and we will say so rather than sell you a library.

How a library gets built

A call to take the brand and the site structure, then a shot list back within a week for you to cut and add to. Generation and curation run for two to three weeks depending on the size, the grade is set once on a sample you approve before the rest is made, and delivery is the files plus the gallery. Most libraries are finished inside a month. Top-ups, if you take them, arrive on the same look without another briefing call.

What it costs

Prices are published because this is a product rather than a production. For scale, at the end of the market a large brand actually buys from, one stock picture licensed broadly enough for paid advertising starts around AED 400, and a managed half day of photography with talent, location and retouching is around AED 25,000 for perhaps thirty usable frames. Cheaper versions of both exist. They are not the ones your brand team signs off.

  • Starter

    AED 4,500 about AED 18 a picture

Two hundred and fifty pictures, one look, five subjects. Enough to cover a site refresh or a campaign.

  • Library

    AED 6,500 about AED 6.50 a picture

One thousand pictures across fifteen subjects, catalogued, with the private gallery.

  • Full

    AED 8,500 about AED 3.40 a picture

Two thousand five hundred pictures, every department and location, two rounds of changes, gallery included.

  • Top-up

    AED 1,000 a month about AED 6.70 a picture

One hundred and fifty new pictures a month on the same locked look, straight into your gallery.

Figures are in dirhams and exclude VAT. Half on commission, half on delivery. A top-up picture costs more than a picture in the larger tiers because a small monthly batch carries its own selection, cataloguing and upload, and it holds the look steady without another briefing call. Top-ups are monthly and can be stopped at any point. Every tier is delivered as full-resolution files plus the gallery, and a subject means a named group of shots on the list you approve, not a folder we decide on later.
